How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of EasyShop34 (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Received the watch on time and i was quite pleased, until i put it on my wrist after setting the time and date. The watch gains 10 minutes every hour! What the heck? I’ll try to adjust it, but it’s just disappointing.

Originally, the watch was scheduled to arrive on february 5. The package arrived early on january 26. Looks great! My experience with aliexpress has been excellent, and i'm planning to order more items from them in the near future.
The watch is aesthetically very, very nice, looks more expensive than what you pay for it, first hours of use without any problems, the movement has been very precise so far, the packaging box is different from the ones seen in YouTube videos as it does not have the inner countermark, I adjusted the bracelet without any problem. Happy with the purchase, time will tell about the reliability.

This homage watch, resembling the rolex gmt pepsi, is excellent quality for the price. I’ve been wearing it since i received it, and i love this watch.
It is of very good quality, it took 18 days to arrive, I highly recommend it as it comes with its screwdriver and the links provide more precision. When you wind it up, give it a few taps as mine took a while to react.

And the Christmas gift has arrived to me. The watch meets my expectations. The watch is running correctly. It looks very good on the hand. Product at a good price. The only reservations I have are about the bracelet, specifically about the clasp itself. Something there is poorly designed. Additionally, a pin fell out of this clasp. However, I found it on the carpet. This shouldn't happen. Despite this incident, my high rating of the watch remains unchanged.
Is the second watch i buy from this brand, the quality is impressive, they look expensive, the design is elegant, they come imaculated, really deserve sucess, and they have a lot variety, even came with the tool to adjust your size, which made me save money going to a watch mechanic to adjust it for me, 5 star
Very fast and safe delivery. The watch has a top-quality appearance (GMT). The watch is truly GMT in terms of technology: the other time zone can be specifically set via the social hand (which is rare in 'clones') and it can also be set via the ring. I measured the accuracy of the time after 24 hours and it is very precise. Conclusion: Top finish and technically also top. Highly recommended!
Quite high quality gmt watch for the price. The cyclops is a little misaligned, so viewing date Can be a little awkward.
Looks good
I bought the rubber strap version and the strap is super nice, soft rubber and well designed claps and pin release slots very smarty rendered. The watch is really nice in finish, crystal, crown and dial face. I am really happy with this. The movement looks amazing and the etched bezel around the watch back is super and a bonus i didn't know until i got the watch. The magnifier for the date works great, i plan to change the hands on the watch to be a bit more visible. Great value for a very stylish look ! A+
Very good quality-price ratio (stainless steel, synthetic sapphire, automatic mechanical movement with manual winding, GMT function, date, jubilee bracelet, ceramic insert bezel,...). The box also included the appropriate screwdriver to adjust the bracelet to fit the wrist. The only downside is the difficulty of micro-adjusting the clasp because it doesn't have holes to press the spring bar.
The watch is beautiful and of very good quality, and for now it is working very well. too bad there's no user manual in French. not easy to set the time especially with GMT time. However, if you want a good automatic watch, I highly recommend it to you.
Excellent value for money.
Absolutely incredible watch. Precision and design are amazing and the movement is beautiful and accurate. Every detail is crafted well and there are no blemishes that i can tell. Jubilee bracelet is also comfortable and can wear it all day without a problem!
