How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of EasyShop34 (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Lovely watch, very nice finish and design. i'm a fan of pagani over other homages at this price point in the design of the bracelet as there is a link between the lugs which makes the bracelet flow nicely to the bezel like a rolex day date. also i luv rose gold on tanned skin, i think it's a great match.
Shipping was quick! i had previously bought the green dial 36mm at the same time as this one on mistake but still like it a lot but who knew that 4mm would make such a difference but it does! if you’re on the fence leap at buying it. well worth it! weight is nice dial is great the grey and green back numerals looks fantastic!
It's not a rolex, but someone would have to grab your arm and take a closer look to know for certain. solid design, a lot of extra links in the bracelet, and an overall good feel on the wrist. the one minor criticism would be that there is zero lume on this dial. but i can forgive that considering it looks very good.

Very great quality watch like always from pagani design!!! the ice blue dial color is beautiful!!! the presidential style bracelet is very nice and the screw links makes it very use to remove the links!!! all in all a great watch!!!

Nice watch, there should be more removable links on the bracelet for people with smaller than a 7" wrist.

Compared to the rolex day-date for $52,000, i'm happy as all get out. No sharp edges on the watch case or the band. The crown is very hard to pull out. I had to use a watch makers stick. But after it was out, setting the time, day & date was easy and smooth. Only complaint would be that pagani didn't include a screwdriver for adjusting the band. But no worries, as i have a nice set of watch makers screwdrivers.
Took about 10 days delivered, not bad at all. Great looking watch, one of my favorite styles, i have the same style in olev brand but pegani design just does it better..not too big on the clasp style though (2nd pix). 9/10 star for me because of the clasp. Might buy a different color in the future.

It's a decent watch
Everything was great. Shipping was quick and easy, and the watch itself is gorgeous. Very very nice quality. Can’t beat it for that price. Screw in pins, screw in crown. I am in love. The purple is vibrant and not too pop out at you purple. Pops just enough. Can’t say enough about it. My new favorite. Screw paying $1000+ on a watch when this is exactly the same. Highly recommend
Received the watch, no issues. Arrived pretty quickly. It was as advertised. It fits pretty well on my 7-inch wrist with all of the links taken out. The bracelet is usable for me but i might swap out the clasp to get just a little bit more adjustment and a snugger fit.

Pros: - the watch looks nice. Cons: - the movement is 20+ seconds fast/day which is within specs but it would have been nice to be closer to 0. - the bracelet is unbranded.
